- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★December 21, 2019, by Tracye ChitwoodThis is the store to go to, I was having issues trying to activate my youngest son's tablet, and we went to the store, Amber the manager went way beyond normal customer service to see that all of our needs were met, she not only got the issue with the activation of the tablet, we also upgraded my husband's tablet. She worked with us to change our plan and lower our bill while upgrading us to an unlimited plan on our phones and tablets. If I ever need to do anything with my service or devices I will most definitely go back and see Amber.
